Evening gents,
Jackson Evans metal detailing parts,,,,, are they still available.
In my bit's box I have several small plastic bags with their Coventry address on but need more.

I tried their website and all they seem to offer these days are transfers or etched nameplates.

Can anyone advise,, if they passed the metal bits on,,, who to???
Many thanks,

SAD :(

They stock the detail parts range of JE. Only the nameplates etc... went to Scotland

Morgan is correct. I have had parts from Mr. Tripé (note - that is pronounced 'tree-pay') at Classic Trains.

Some of the numberplates have been sold on again and are now with the Old Time Workshop.

Many thanks for your assistance gents.
Keeping track on who is selling what is akin to 3 dimensional chess.
I will contact them and advise how I get on.
Thankyou.

I have been in touch with the owner of classic trains and bus of lemmington spa and their service and commitment to their customers is first class, so try them.

The only problem CT&B seems to have is the lack of any up-to-date catalogue. Thank God I kept my old copy of the Jackson-Evans one, otherwise I wouldn't know what part reference numbers to quote.

Might I suggest trying :- Ralph Jackson, 4, Dartmouth Road, Wyken, Coventry, CV2 3DQ.
He was trading as Regent III a couple of years ago.
