The LNER Encyclopedia

I recently came across a photo on the internet of a GW 0-4-0T working in Swansea. I'm pretty sure it was promoting Railway Bylines and its feature on Swansea street working. If anyone takes this periodical can they please let me know in which issue this appeared. Alternatively, they might tell me the reason I can't find it is because it doesn't exist. Since the item was promoting the magazine it must have been a recent issue.
