I like the main page i.e. the middle part, still not sure about the coloured image behind it though :?. I like the idea of using an A4 blue handrail as a horizontal rule though, very ingenious :D

Hmm, I think the blue is looking the best so far.

I'm going to ask the designer a couple more questions.
