G5 brake gear arrangement

Post by markindurham »

I'm presently working out in the Far East on a ship, away from my reference library, :( and am building a Dave Alexander G5 kit whilst on board. However, I cannot find a decent shot on the 'net showing the brake gear arrangement on the LH side, particularly under the cab, showing the linkages for the hand brake etc. Would appreciate some assistance. Does anyone know the URL of a suitable image, or could someone please post one. Many thanks.

This may also be useful. Taken at the scrapyard, Darlington Locomotive Works.
