Yes i can, from my window. You've sadly just missed HMS Bulwark and i hope you're not planning on seeing the Cutty Sark as it is all covered in tarps.

You should have a good time there though it is pretty much the place to go right now. What are you seeing there?

I got trierd of HMS Bulwalk and its sister HMS Albion, they were built in my home town.

I walk 5 miles and see my home towns jewel in the crown (ship building wise) in my opinion HMS Invisible which is in Portmouth harbour with one of the other british carriers I think it Illusrious.

Tom
To be honest the pair are here so much it is getting kind of normal. Do you mean HMS Invincible? although HMS invisible would be quite a ship.
Mark
Good luck at the scout show, i expect you will be on the local news.

<moderatorial cough>

Ships and scouts might be better discussed in the General Chat area...

Bittern's First Run...Take 2

Post by x568wcn »

I don't like to tempt fait, but after pathing issues last Sat, is Dec 1st Bittern's first trip (To York)?
As I write, UKSteam has it on, and Midhants makes mention with a photo of her about the pathing issues on 24th and that she is due to go out dec 1st for a run to York (BTW not return now!!)

It was the early 70's, the problem being that there was a dirty great crack in the frames directly infront of the driving wheels.
