Where can I obtain a drawing of an LNER Sentinel steam railcar series 96, 97 or 98 ?

There was a drawing published in either the Railway Modeller or Model Railway Constructor, quite a few years ago, I managed to get a copy through E-Bay, Check out google, I'll see if I can find it. It appears to be Railway Modeller, June 1999. 4.95 on E-Bay.
