Isinglass drawings at www.edgson.net/isinglass is a good place to try. They do most LNER locos.

The NRM also have many original works drawings for locos from all different companies from the largest G.A. drawings to the smallest individual component drawings.

I can recommend Isinglass drawings, plenty of info and dimensions, perfect for model building.
