The Disused Stations website record for Tanhouse Lane (at http://www.disused-stations.org.uk/t/tan_house_lane/) says that this was a Stevens box. This confirmed my initial thoughts, based upon the bargeboard design and notched valance. The vertical battened boarding is typical of MS&L boxes, but Stevens did build some boxes for the MS&L in this form.
