Location help request B1 and C12

I wonder if anyone can pin down the location of this B1 c. 1958. I think the loco may be 61047 but its very hard to make out the cabside number. Odd to have such a dirty number plate in the 1950s? I suspect it may be somewhere linked to Derby Friargate but could be completely wrong.
Also would appreciate any thoughts on the location of the C12 in a very poor image from same period- it was I think shedded a Grantham at the time.
