Do you have all the negatives? I did wonder who might have been the successful bidder, as I was outbid and satisfied myself with the albums of prints instead. I hope you don't mind my posting the prints online, although judging by your scan of the negative, there is more background detail to those than to my photos of photos (as it were).
It was remiss of me to not respond to your comments and the embedded questions which are worth answering.

1. I don't have all the negatives I'm afraid. The collection is being recycled piecemeal via eBay as you have feared and there's obviously nothing that the likes of thee and me can do to change that.
2. There is no problem either morally or legally with the posting of copies from your prints within this e-forum's environment.
3. Yes, detail is all too frequently lost in the printing process which is one reason why I have nothing to do with prints at all.
