61157: unidentified depot

The attached image features an unidentified shed somewhere in NE England which I hope will be correctly identified by members of this forum.

The only identifiable loco is the B1 in the centre of the shot which is Doncaster allocated B1 no. 61157. Behind it is a Standard 3MT. On the r/h side the bewhiskered DMU displays “YORK” on its destination blind.

Positive ID of the location would settle a long-running line of guesswork which came up with York but I don’t think it is.

Looks very much like York to me. The view is likely to be from a passing train.
Never enough time to get down all those numbers!

That is definitely York, with Howe Hill water tower in the background.
