I have added a collection of photos featuring the
RCTS 'Scottish Lowlander' 26th September 1964

Both a LMS & LNER Pacific were used one has since been preserved the other should have been

Both are seen here at Carlisle

Pretty sure the I/D if one with high signal box and covered footbridge/lift in background is Hawick on Waverley Route.

I also think been published before.

60007 is definitely Hawick
And pic 6 of 60009 is Kilmarnock

Pics 4 and 5 of No.60009 are at Glasgow St John's Goods Yard. Tour called in there for loco to take water.
