Mystery Location

I've recently acquired this interesting print and wondered if someone recognises the location?
The note on the back simply says GNR 0-8-0 No 403 Grantham c1905. R Blencowe Collection.
If it's not Grantham can anyone offer an answer?

My copy of that picture is labelled as Hitchin.
