'The Flying Scotsman Centenary Weekender' York 30/6/23

Post by neildimmer »

I went over to York this afternoon to see 60103 Flying Scotsman arrive with

'The Flying Scotsman Centenary Weekender' which took a whopping 7 and a half hours from Kings Cross to York
There were quite a few problems throughout the journey at one time nearly an hour late, but by Church Fenton is was actually 7 minutes early
Arrival at York about 5 mins late, and still with its white painted cab roof from its Royal Train duty earlier this month
