What Park goods depot would that be ? Park Lane goods in Gateshead held exhibition days while it was open, I have a flyer somewhere for what was probably the last advertised one in the late 70s, the "star" was to be deltic K.O.Y.L.I.
The exhibition never happened due to I believe a strike.
No more were held and not long after that the goods depot was closed and demolished and is derelict at this moment. It was once considered as a site for a new Newcastle United stadium. The overbridge at St James's Rd was a spotting site of mine in the early 50s.
Park Lane was also the site of the long gone shed Borough Gardens 54C later 52J , when it closed in 1959 it had an allocation of 44 locomotives.
