Afternoon all
I was shown this pic last night at work and nobody could figure out where it is. Can anyone come up with an answer, please?

Milk Dock, Kings X Passenger with Culross Buildings to the right?

1S35 was, from memory, the 1400 KX - Edinburgh so that would be right.
A topper is proper if the train's a non-stopper!

Yes, probably was - it was where they tended to gather - imagine trying to sleep in a flat in Culross Buildings with a trio of them humming below your window :)
