LNER Bedford & Commer Lorries

Post by SHMR »

Good afternoon,

I was wondering if anybody could point me in the direction of any websites showing images of the 5 ton Bedford Lorries used by the LNER, preferrably the ones used on the Old Hull & Barnsley Line (South Howden in particular).

Also after the same for the Commer 'Bantam' Lorries, which I believe replaced the above Bedford too.

The colour of model vans sold online seems to vary from a light to dark blue was this the norm or is it a variation of the model makers?

Any help on this would be much appriciated.

Cheers for the update, have been to that site before, however never ventured past the push pull section, makes very interesting reading, when you start digging into the site, however still need one in blue livery, if one is out there, always seem to pick the hard to find items to look for!
