Not very likely.
Level Crossing missing.
Signal number doesnt seem apt and the road signs on the bridge seem to indicate a T junction.

Fourth from top looks like Edinburgh Waverley and third from top probably Edinburgh area suggested by "EV" on the signal - I think signals worked by Edinburgh IECC have suffixes according to their area. The one outside may be Haymarket shed?

Just wondered if this one's being added here would be of interest. ....

A 4-character headcode-era shot from April/May 1970 during the period between 'D'-prefix removal and TOPS-isation made them Class 55s. A nice pair of racehorses, No.7 (I think), with St.Paddy, outside Finsbury Park Diesel Depot :
0B02 (frequently pronounced 'oboe-2') was the headcode for light engines to 'Clarence Yard', as Fins.Pk.depot was locally known, after the long-established yard, on part of which the depot was built : Amongst signalling staff, the same name was often used in referring to the adjacent Fins.Pk.No.2 signal box. Some red of the "BDVs" (the depot breakdown vans train) can be seen in the left background.
.
