Hi All

I have added some photos of 55012 hauling the first Silver Jubilee in June 1977 complete with headboard & white buffers, pics taken at Edinburgh & Newcastle

Didnt A4s haul the Silver Jubilee before 1977 :D
Hi interested in the area served by 52D. also researching colliery wagonways from same area.

Don't think this one does look like Greenwood : If it was it would be from/near the 'Hadley Wood'/'Folly Farm' bridge. But for there, the trees in the far left background, apparently on left-hand side of line, don't 'fit'; and the right-hand side cutting bank looks too wide : I'd go for the redoubtable 'north of Potters Bar' (just south of Hawkshead bridge) that has cropped up so often in these photos you've sought locations for : Train on Down Fast.

- definitely not 'south of Potters Bar' : Reckon it's the same as 95910, above, but looking the other way, running on the Up Fast. The bushes on the up side look very similar in both these photos.
