1940 to 1999 I lived at Brookmans Park, but my Grandmother lived in Hatfield at No. 12 Stonecross Road which was a turning off Ground Lane. No. 12 backed on to the St. Albans branch. Next door neighbour at No. 14 was Joe Deeley, a driver at Hatfield Shed.This would be in the 1940s and 1950s.I think he originated from Yorkshire - anyone got any info about him?
