Rare LNER trespass sign

Has anyone ever seen a larger type of the LNER trespass sign before, a larger type than normal, being 3’ x 2’ ( same size as an NER Trespass). Seems based on the NER wording so could be one specifically used in the North East. Does anyone know which line these larger type were used on?
Thanks.

The late John Mander published a rarity and price guide to cast iron signs as seen here in the Chasewater Railway Museum. If you can get a look at it or buy a copy it would probably help you out.

I’ve got the 8th edition of his cast iron price guide and there’s no mention of it in there.

We have one of those and it's definitely smaller than the NER version. The guy we bought it off had both side by side.

Rob,
You haven’t got the blokes name have you? Or where he was from? As I’m trying to find out a bit more info on that larger type.
Thanks
Russ.

Hi Russ,

His name is Dave and he lives in a cottage adjacent to Wensley Station nr Wensley village in north Yorkshire.

He sells on ebay with the username Wensleystation.

Sorry although it was sign written on his van I didn't take note of his surname.
