Blue Plaques

Post by Bryan »

I see that a new Blue plaque has been placed in the North West of England
What significance does that have for this forum?

I wish they'd left off the word "THE" when referring to Flying Scotsman. Using the definite article, to me anyway, implies the train, not the locomotive. A nice tribute, anyway.

I trust the people who put up this plaque consulted nobody.

How difficult is that, today?
