The site covers only Tyne-built tugs, on a quick look NER No5 of 1881 is there under Eltringham.
Others were indeed built away from the Tyne, for example No5 and No6 of 1922/1923 from Cook, Welton & Gemmell at Beverley, obviously later than your interest in WW1 vessels. Many NER tugs will of course have been inherited from earlier companies and may not have had 'NER' names. The best source is 'Railway and other Steamers' Duckworth & Langmuir.

New Holland Dock.
If anyone knows the later ownership of New Holland Dock pls let me know .... from LNER to BTC/Railway Executive in 1948, presumably BRB from 1963 but later sold to the local timber importer?

Thanks again to George for producing lists of LNER-owned/operated ports and facilities; and a list of the larger harbour craft:

This completes the LNER ships! Thanks George!

Unrelated, I have also added a swath of 3mm kits to the locomotive model listings - thanks to Katier Scott.
