Good to see our friends up North are campaigning for a better service for local passengers round the Edinburgh area plus attempting to reopen Reston and of course the Waverley is starting to take shape.
Hi interested in the area served by 52D. also researching colliery wagonways from same area.

There are also calls for local stations to be re-opened south of Berwick as well, SENRUG believe that reopening stations such as Beal and Belford would provide a much needed boost to the local economy and tourism. If these proposals could be combined with the scottish scheme, we could possibly have a really useful Newcastle to Edinburgh stopping service again.
