Blyth and Tyne reopening?

As many of you will be aware, Senrug - the South East Northumberland Railway User Group have been campaining for many years for passenger trains to return to the Blyth and Tyne.
It finally looks like they might be getting somewhere:

Hi interested in the area served by 52D. also researching colliery wagonways from same area.
