A possible way to get grain detail on 4MM scale teak coaches

OK, so the video isn't model railway related, but as is the nature of model making a lot of techniques can be utilised across the different areas of interest. In this video the modeller creates an extremely convincing wood grain effect on the walkways and desks of a 1/76th scale B-17G using a paint similar to Humbrol natural wood, before applying the grain effect using burnt umber oil paints
