Warley - coach theft

Post by Autocar Publicity »

Regretably, the dark side has news of a theft of LNER coaches and Hornby Pullmans after Warley: http://www.rmweb.co.uk/community/index. ... -look-out/

The RMW piece has full details and pictures, but briefly, there's:

6 x Hornby Pullmans (the ones from approx. 10 years ago with working lights). One 12-wheel brake, one 8-wheel brake, the others saloons (two white-roofed).

2 x ex-GNR 45ft Howlden bogie coaches, built from Bill Bedford kits (see RMW pictures)

1 x PC kits LNER restaurant Triplet set

Any news, if you're not able to contact the [RMW] OP yourself, I can forward anything on.

Sorry to hear about the coaches after the hours that has been put into building them, let's hope they come up somewhere. As for the motorbikes, the link there was airport. They'll be abroad somewhere, crated up, never to be seen again.
