I'm looking at pictures of Hornby's batches of K type Pullman coaches.
R4660-4664 have white roofs and 'square' company logos, whilst the more recent R4693-4697 have grey roofs, a different yellow and 'long' company logos with THIRD CLASS (where applicable) omitted from the side.
What is the time scale for each range as clearly the livery changed somewhere along the line?

Generally early roofs white- though they wouldn't stay white long 1930's. Curtains added to this livery from 1945ish. Roof grey from about 1950. Hornby later versios with the longer crest about 1959 onwards.

Generally agree with davidwest. The later long crest was introduced in 1959/60 but would have taken 2 or 3 years to be commonplace. One K-type car did run to the end with an early crest.
The "Third Class Car No." script was reduced in the early 1950's to the simple "Car No." lettering. It was probably all gone by 1954/5, third class on BR being redesignated second in 1956.
The cars had pull down window blinds as built.

Re: Hornby K type Pullmans
I have decided to wink at the changes so near the end of these car's lives in BR operation. That way I can run them with the C1 in LNER livery as part of my historic ECML trains group, and also behind pacifics and with the superseding Met-Cam cars during the BR late crest period.
