The current poll team now keep track of outcome which is helpful. Time elapsed from polling is significant, I think you have to allow a minimum of eighteen months from poll result for the larger manufacturers to put 'their' selections into the schedule just for a start. And then the research, tooling, finding a production slot, navigating disruption in manufacturing facilities; to illustrate which...

The precursor poll on MRE mag - which was generally similar in concept though less well structured compared to the present poll - I have tracked the 2009 and 2011 top 50 outcomes as best possible - some of the items listed are a little imprecise.

2009, 43/50 available or announced in development.
2011 38/50 available or announced in development.

Most recent announcement of a top 50 item from both these polls, J27.
Still significantly missing from an LNER perspective despite featuring in both top 50s, J6, B16.

Hello Hatfield Shed

Thanks for writing.

Within our Poll, the following has been the situation...

J6: Middle Polling except for 2014 when it crept into the bottom end of High Polling.

B16/1: High Polling except 2013 when it was Middle Polling

B16/2 & B16/3: Middle Polling.
