More thefts at model exhibitions

Post by john coffin »

A friend was at the Leamington exhibition over the weekend, and discovered that there was another robbery in the morning
in the gymnasium.

Once again, it seems they targeted only Cheltenham Models and N gauge stuff again. This seems to be the second time this
year at exhibitions he has been done. Making it worse this time was that he had got ready for appearing at Ally Pally in a couple
of weeks, so had even more stock .

Seems they took a 1 ton jumbo type bag and just dumped everything into the bag then dragged it out.

So someone obviously has it in for CMA, which is not nice.

The real thing is that it impacts on all traders who appear at exhibitions not least because they can no longer insurance,
or it becomes too expensive.

I feel for him John, I hate this crap and hate the people involved, I have zero time for anyone who steals from another, no matter what it is or how desperate they pretend to be when caught... shoot the buggers I say...

Sorry, rant over....lol

A bit harsh but shooting prevents re-offending

well, you don't have to actually 'kill' them, just cause enough pain and fear so that they never steal again...:)

Maybe make a trap for them so they are then found with it.
