Commissioning a 4mm loco build

Post by 52D sub shed »

I would like a couple of NE locomotives building from kits I own, do any of the participants in this forum take on such work or perhaps could recommend such a person?

I’ve had a couple of kits built by a chap from Darlington, most apt, who advertises in the classifieds in Railway Modeller
His first name is Dave and he lives in Walworth Road or Crescent if my memory serves me right. I no longer have his details but he did a good job on some DJH 4mm locos for me.....A8. B16. D20
Worth a call. Can recommend. Eric

If you don't mind spending a bit more, try Tom Mallard

I have been totally happy with Graham Nicholas of G-Train and NE locos should be right up his street.

If he's got the money, why not? Once-in-a-lifetime fingersnap quality models if you haven't the time to build them.
