Peco Setrack Planbook ed 5

There is a possibility, coronavirus permitting, that my 5 year old grandson will be spending Christmas chez nous. As it has been suggested that access to a layout would be appropriate, I've been looking at various 6x4 roundy-roundys recently published. One in Model Trains's August 2020 edition has caught my eye because of its double junction (and TBH being a bit more than just a Trackmat oval).

Anyway, the "Did you know" bubble says that the design was reworked to be 7x5 by the author for the Peco Setrack Planbook Ed 5 but getting hold of this is proving troublesome. My local shop doesn't have it and Peco is not supplying at present. Does any kind soul have a copy who would be prepared to scan the plan and either post it here or PM me with it?
