Summer 1937 WTT

Post by mojo36 »

I have been perusing my copy of the above and looking to define the train numbers of the Coronation & Silver Jubilee expresses.
I have found the Down Coronation as no.569 (I think), but nothing for the Up train or either UP/DOWN for the Jubilee.
Can anyone oblige with the missing numbers please?
Maurice Cooper

After a further look this time using more magnification all are now found.

Hi Maurice, what lines does your WTT cover? I don't suppose it covers the Great Eastern Mainline does it?

No, the GE ones are like hen's teeth. If the one the OP was looking at had the Coronation and Jubilee then it's the East Coast document. They were divided by Area (ECML being it's own Area in that respect).

whenever I see a WTT mentioned of around that date I always ask - one day someone will say "yes!". Hopefully ;)
