Good looking results.
Most subjects, models and techniques covered in this thread are now listed in various categories on page1

for information i used 50gm or less paper and VMS paper shaper fluid.

A nice neat result. One of those was the first etched kit I ever built.

Is it the lighting or is the teak very dark?

How have you done that - it's quite reminiscent of the mahogany colour of GC carriages.

No you are correct it is quite dark, mainly done with the weathering but of course Teak is a natural material and can be various shades.

The coaches look superb, but one can help but notice the bare metal A3.....thing of beauty, even unpainted. :mrgreen:

Fixed end sitting higher on the 5 plank? Nice to see pre group wagons.

yes it is, someone had put compensation on that end and it is making it slightly high (approx 1mm) will remove that an make it fixed to level things out :D
