VIP Code for new registrants re-activated

The 'VIP Code' has be re-activated for new user registrations. Although it asks for a 4 digit number, it is now clever enough to handle the 5 digit BR equivalent 
The CAPTCHA has now been disabled - apologies to anyone who registered or tried to register today whilst that was active. I hate those things!
