New Member Authorisation

The forums are now set up so that I have to authorise all new members.

We'll see how this works as regards spammers. When I'm away for more than a day or so, I'll switch it back, or switch to email authorisation (a new forum member then needs a valid email address that they read and act on)

Just to be clear, you must use a valid email address when signing up.

The sign-up process sends an email notification. If this email bounces, you will not be approved and your registration will be deleted.
