User Registrations: Visual Notification Enabled

Due to the large number of fake (spam) user registrations that the forums have been receiving over the past few days, I have enabled the visual notification feature.

On the new user registration page, there will be a graphic with a code.
The new user will have to type this code in during the registration process.

This is becoming increasingly common in the online world, and is an effective way to stop 'robots' automatically signing up for online accounts of various kinds. (the robot cannot read the image therefore it cannot sign up)
