Does anyone know this line well? The information I have from 1960 shows it as being 'One Engine in Steam' between Stokesley and Battersby, which implies it was single line. But the rest of the table for the line shows a double track between these points. Is this a mistake? Was the line double or single track in 1960?
By this point the line beyond Stokesley was closed I think.
