From a memory of 50 years ago (1966-67) there was a fairly large concrete p.way hut located at about the midway point between The Ridgeway & Holwell Hyde level crossings on the left-hand side of the cess approaching the Holwell Hyde level crossing travelling towards the Hertford direction also very near to the p.way hut was the bottom part of a lattice post in the ground that had been 'cut off' although initially i thought it may have been a signal post for maybe a 'gate distant signal' for either the Holwell Hyde or The Ridgeway level crossings on reflection and after thinking about it again this lattice post was from memory to thin and the steel to light weight to have been a signal post i believe?.

Can anyone provide more detail regarding the film studio buildings at WGC?
My Grandfather worked there for a while. I think he was engaged in war related film material.
