Naming Locations
The LNER's naming policy was quite varied but did they carry out namings at locations relevant to the locos name. For instance would an East Anglian B17 say for instance Alnwick Castle be carried out at Alnwick station by the Duchess of Northumberland miles away from its normal sphere of work?
Hi interested in the area served by 52D. also researching colliery wagonways from same area.
