bread taffic - Scotland to Corby

Post by hq1hitchin »

I remember seeing something about this years ago - evidently the Scots in Corby liked bread from home so much that it was conveyed in modified bogie vans on an overnight service to P'boro but I can't remember anything more - did it happen and how it conveyed forward, anybody know anything, please?
A topper is proper if the train's a non-stopper!
