While researching information for a new 3mm scale kit for this van I noticed that the batch built by BR in 1950 initially were given a B prefix to the number. Can anyone tell me how long this lasted before they got the E prefix and suffix that they sported in the end. Also when did the layout of information at the right hand end change from the LNER style to the later BR version.
