Looking for information on GNSR Engineers

Post by richard »

I keep thinking that I have pages up for all the LNER-related locomotive designers, and then I find a few more! Last time it was McDonnell, Tennant, and Smith on the NER. This time it is Cowan, Heywood, and Pickersgill on the Great North of Scotland (GNSR).

The new pages can be found here:

http://www.lner.info/eng/cowan.shtml
http://www.lner.info/eng/heywood.shtml
http://www.lner.info/eng/pickersgill.shtml

Athough I've managed to find pictures of the last two, information is a bit sketchy to say the least! Does anyone have any frther information that I could add?
