Researching NER employees

Post by Rlangham »

I've won a couple of brass NER discs on ebay engraved with a number, I think they're worker's discs for pay to show you're at work etc, is there a way to use these to see who's discs they would have been?

Very very unlikely since all sheds would have had such checks and they'd have probably been passed on to another employee once another one left.Do they have a shed name on? The rarest one I ever had was NER Thirsk.
