Chief Inspectors of Leeds Goods Yard

Post by MarkCalvert »

Ive heard many a story from my Nana about her Grandfather, (my great great granddad) and how he was chief inspector of Leeds Good Yard.

I am lead to belive he attained the rank at around the 50 mark.

His name is David Ward, not to sure on the David.

Does anyone know of any links or books which can confirm this, or with infomation, as it would make my Nana very happy if I could find some infomation of it, abit just a entry in an employment book.

Thanks for any help I may recive!

Mark Calvert.
