A welcome sight today with LNER K1 No.62005 hauling crew refresher services between Grosmont and Battersby on the Esk Valley line - 2nd April 2021.

'The Jacobite' filmed between the 28th April and 1st May 2021. LNER K1 No.62005 and LMS 5MT No.45407 hauled services throughout the week, seen at various locations between Fort William and Mallaig.

'The Pennine Explorer' hauled by LNER A1 No.60163 'Tornado on the 22nd May 2021. Seen at High Ackworth, Shipton, Wylam, Gilsland and Ais Gill Summit. It's reported 'Tornado' topped Ais Gill Summit at 55mph, it was certainly a sound track that won't be forgotten anytime soon.

She certainly did, I was onboard as a Steward in the RMB

Covid restrictions lead us to 305 plus crew

A splendid day out, and Tornado never dropped a foot, picking up any losses from signal checks leading to us arriving outside Carlisle early (only to wait for the late running CME to vacate the platform)

The Tanfield Railway on the 13th June 2021 featuring recently restored 0-6-0ST 1015 'Horden', seen hauling its first passenger services since restoration.

The 21st October 2021 and LNER A1 No.60163 'Tornado' and LNER A3 No.60103 'Flying Scotsman' are seen heading over the Settle & Carlisle Railway.

Yesterday saw both LNER A1 No.60163 'Tornado' and LMS 8P No.6233 hauling charter services via the Welsh Marches.

'Tornado' is seen crossing Cefn Mawr Viaduct, hauling 'The Cheshireman' from Bristol to Chester.
