I would like to contact a Moderator on it, but there ia no way i can ,as i lost the pw for my first username, and the replacement username wont allow me to post anything!!

Your first n posts to that forum don't appear immediately, and only become visible after being vetted by a moderator. This should mean that any such post you have made should at some stage be seen and read by a moderator. No guarantees as to which moderator would read it or how soon, but probably no more than 48 hours after it is made and in many cases much sooner.
