Hi Mickey &all, thats intresting, thought they would have been pretty occupied, with the Brown Boveri gas turbines 18000(Kerosene Castle) the exhaust fumes when @ Paddington arrivals up next to the buffer stops had to be witnessed/suffered to be believed&18100 converted to an AC experimental electric loco that was stored out of use for a long time in a siding on the Oxford/Cambridge Line near the site of what was to be a Major Marshalling Yard built @ Swanbourne, plan aborted, saw the loco a couple of times from the Main Rd(A413)near Winslow, but to far&inaccessible to have a closer look, the original loco 18000 found its way back to Switzerland after along period of storage @ Swindon Works, gifted I assume &destined for the Makers Museum.jj
