I know yellow denotes first class but this is stupid (lol I sence a caption copertition coming on).

No sorry richard no background I was reserching the New Track Measurement train at the time and this came up as a search result. I wounder if it was one of the trails Network rail did with class 43s.
Heres another idea: The west coast update plan falters as GNER wins the Freight contract
