Strange as it might sound, you are probably in a better place to find locomotive drawings. The GCR might have access to some, but the NRM will almost certainly have them - as a part of their archives, and because they are the owners.
For drawings suitable for modelling, then the O4s were both a numerous and popular prototype. I would think that a magazine such as Railway Modeller has probably published them. Sorry I don't have a reference, but others might be able to help.
